Pablo Bertelsen

Pablo Bertelsen Toso obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law from the Universidad de los Andes in 2021, obtaining a vote of distinction and specializing in Business Law. In 2023, he expanded his training with a Diploma in Personal Data Protection offered by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

He has experience in Economic Criminal Law and Criminal Compliance, serving as both a solicitor and a lawyer.

In March 2024, Pablo became a Lawyer at Marinovic y Cía., where he is dedicated to the management of criminal proceedings against violations of Intellectual and Industrial Property laws.
