Antonio Hernández Bustamante, Operations Manager of the Marinovic y Cía. Law Firm, from September 1991 to date. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Chile (1974-1979).
He has received training in Chile and abroad in relation to the characteristics of a wide variety of original items and the identification of illegitimate products (cigarettes, printing supplies, sports shoes and clothing, toys, among others).
He regularly participates as an exhibitor in Intellectual and Industrial Property Seminars held in the country, organized by Customs, Carabineros, PDI, National Chamber of Commerce, among others.
